Huntsman Gay employs an intensive, analytical due diligence process leveraging operating and consulting experience, which is focused on fundamental analysis to drive investment decisions. The due diligence process seeks to identify transactions where the opportunities are commensurate to or greater than the risk assumed. We have a proven execution capability with 200 closed deals among the principals, including the ability to engage in complex structuring to limit downside risk and increase potential investment returns.
