Huntsman Gay Global Capital Makes Investment in Hollander Home Fashions

NEW YORK�August 3, 2009 � Huntsman Gay Global Capital, a middle-market private equity firm offering the advantages of both a strategic and a financial buyer under one roof, today announced that it has made an investment in Hollander Home Fashions, a national leader in textile manufacturing. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hollander Home Fashions, based in Boca Raton, Florida, is a third-generation, family-owned business and one of the largest privately-held textile companies in North America. Hollander manufactures bed pillows, mattress pads, down comforters and other bedding products sold under its own Hollander brand, North American retailer private labels and designer brands including Laura Ashley. Hollander owns and operates seven factories in North America and locations in Asia.
