When creating Huntsman Gay Global Capital, we decided that aligning the firm's operations with philanthropic goals at the outset would be a more effective approach than addressing philanthropy only intermittently through individual generosity.
Huntsman Gay takes a three-pronged approach to philanthropy with contributions made by the firm as a whole, by funding contributions directed by individual managing directors, and through employee contribution matching.
